Routine maintenance and overhaul of microwave drying equipment

Maintenance methods mainly focus on the following aspects: 1. Cleaning and keeping the conveyor belt clean. 2. Clean and keep clean the dust of microwave appliances. 3. Clean and keep the microwave drying box clean. These aspects must be evaluated every day. Otherwise, it will affect the purity of the product, affect the normal operation of the equipment, and even lead to serious equipment failure.

2、 Maintenance of microwave drying equipment should start from the following aspects

1. Check whether the cooling device of microwave drying equipment works normally: check the cooling device first to find out the cooling mode of the equipment, and check whether the water pipe is leaking or blocked when using water cooling. If it is air-cooled, check whether the fan is in good condition, whether the fan power supply is normal, and replace the damaged parts.

2. Check whether the high-voltage capacitor of the microwave dryer is normal: the resistance of the parallel resistance of the high-voltage capacitor is about 10 Ω; the resistance between the capacitor terminal and the shell should be infinite. If the actual measured value is inconsistent with the above data, the corresponding components shall be replaced.

3. Check whether the high-voltage silicon stack of microwave dryer is normal: the forward resistance of high-voltage silicon stack measured by multimeter should be about 100k Ω, and the reverse resistance should be infinite. If the actual measured value is not consistent with the above data, the high voltage silicon stack should be replaced.

4. Check whether the high-voltage transformer of the microwave dryer is normal: the resistance of the high-voltage transformer needs to be measured by the multimeter, and the resistance of the primary winding of the transformer should be about 20 Ω; the resistance of the high-voltage winding of the transformer should be about 100 Ω; the resistance of the filament winding should be close to 0, and each winding should be in good alignment. If the actual measured value is not consistent with the above data, the high voltage transformer fault can be judged, and the transformer should be repaired or replaced.

5. Check whether the power supply voltage of the microwave dryer is normal: whether the electrical connection parts are overheated. The normal input power supply voltage should be AC (DC) 220 v. If the input power supply fails to meet the requirements, check whether the power circuit components such as air switch and fuse are in good condition.

5. Check whether the magnetron of the microwave dryer is normal: use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the magnetron filaments should be less than 1 Ω, and the filament should be in good alignment. If the actual measured value is inconsistent with the above data, the magnetron should be replaced.
